Submission Process for Demo Session

There are two alternative ways to propose a demo:

1. Authors can click on the "will present a demo" button when they are submitting a workshop paper by July 20. If the paper is accepted, they agree to present a demo with their poster. They don't need to submit an abstract if the paper is accepted, but information on equipment requirements should be sent to the Demo Chairs (email below) by September 6, 2012. (SLT will provide a table, poster board, and power)

2. Authors can submit a 1-2 page abstract for demo presentations by September 6, 2012. These will be reviewed by the demo chairs and accepted/rejected for presentation. The abstracts should briefly outline the demonstration, including application, system design. Additionally, information should be provided onInformation on equipment requirements (SLT will provide a table, poster board, and power).

Note: Demonstration applications may optionally include a single video file that exemplifies the results of the work.
